Whatever you do, this is the BEST Chain Contingency I can think of: Greater Malison, Emotion, Abi Dalzim's Horrid Wilting. For endurance, use the SotM's Spell Trap to regain spells, and don't worry about sending in Projected Images in instead of yourself, I have found that tactic hugely worthwhile. That has a fairly good damage output, but can definitely look after itself. Those work quite well solo, I feel, with or without SR. Like I said, it's good, but not game breaking. So at best you're going to get triple your warlock spell slots in Sorc pts., use up all your short rests to get them (wasting the healing), for a couple of extra warlock spells or metamagics. THAT'S a exploit! But BG3 won't let you do that because it's already limited to 2 short rests between each long rest and the ONLY way to recharge your short rests is to long rest, which resets your Sorc pts. Some interesting questions arose about what they could do during downtime (theoretically, they could bank sorc pts. While the Coffeelock never got the benefit of healing from long rests they'd use their magic or find other means of healing themselves - or just not get hit because they had a nuclear battery worth of sorc pts/spell slots at their disposal. (which last until you long rest, which the Coffeelock never needs to do because of the invocation). Thus "coffeelock" because they'd never long rest, just constantly short rest to get back 'Lock spell slots and convert them into Sorc pts. In tabletop a short rest was any time you took at least one hour to do next to nothing - and Warlocks have an Invocation that lets them stay awake forever, never needing to sleep again (much like elves, except they don't even meditate).
